Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (occasionally a little longer during launch weeks or holidays). Because our products ship directly from our suppliers, total delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We ship to the United States. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll make it right — a refund or a replacement, your choice.
